What is Leads Manager and how is it different from the Closer’s Stack?
Leads Manager is the dashboard — lead quality, status, PPC attribution, and speed-to-lead metrics for the whole team. Included in every tier. The Closer’s Stack is the in-call overlay for reps — offer math, rapport prompts, and objection responses on the phone with the seller. Pro Closer only.
What is PropIntel and where does the data come from?
PropIntel is comps, open liens, tax delinquency, ownership history, and AVMs — the property data every wholesaler needs before making an offer. It’s powered by BatchData and Rentcast, the same institutional feeds hedge funds use. Available one click from any lead in the CRM.
What does SignLock replace?
DocuSign (roughly $25–65/mo) plus your ad-hoc contract templates. SignLock ships pre-built PSA, LOI, JV, Novation, and Sub-To templates, generates tamper-evident PDFs, tracks opens in real time, and files signed contracts back onto the lead automatically.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Change tiers any time from your account. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
Do you support A2P messaging compliance?
Yes. A2P registration is part of onboarding — we walk you through the brand + campaign filing so your first text isn’t rejected by the carriers.
